In the framework of the Market Research Study on Nanoscale Quantum Optics, which the COST Action MP1403 "Nanoscale Quantum Optics" is conducting in cooperation with Tematys and industry members, three surveyas have been launched.
Two are focused on secure quantum communication and one on quantum sensing based on NV centers and atom chips:
Quantum Key Distribution (QKD)
Quantum Random Number Generators (QRNG)
Quantum Optics Sensing (Q Sensing)
The surveys address research and business entities dealing with the whole value chain as well as end users, and they have been tailored to take into account the different technology readiness levels.
The data will be collected till November 10.
The results of the surveys will be analyzed during the 2nd MRS Workshop, which will take place in Paris on November 19th.

The COST Action will reimburse to eligible participants travel and accommodation according to COST rules (hotel 120 EUR/night flat rate, flight economy class up to 1200 EUR, train and local transportation - taxi excluded between 7:00 and 22:00).
The Market Research Study will result into an open-access document.
