The Board of Stakeholders online election 2026 will be held between 20th October 2026 and 3rd November 2026. This year 37 Board of Stakeholder positions are open for election.
You can participate in the Board of Stakeholder election by providing your nomination as Board of Stakeholder candidate and by providing your vote.
According to the Photonics21 terms of reference cerrain deadlines musst be met:

The Photonics21 Terms of Reference further describe the voting process for the election of the new members of the Board of Stakeholders (affiliations) and their representatives on the Board of Stakeholders (persons who represent their affiliations).
According to the Terms of Reference § 5 (6) c), each Photonics21 member has one vote; it being understood, however, that only one vote per affiliation can be cast, regardless of how many Photonics21 members the affiliation employs. Before registering as a voter, please check the list of currently registered voters below to determine if a voter from the same affiliation has already been registered.
We would like to encourage you to nominate candidates for the Board of Stakeholders and/or candidate as board member yourself. Please note that "not more than one affiliation within a group can be BoS member" (§ 5 (3) Terms of Reference).
