Photonics21 is organising a workshop series to set up the new Photonics Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda.
At the Photonics Partnership Annual Meeting 2025 in Brussels, we launched the community consultation process to prepare a new Photonics Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda (SRIA). These preparations aim at ensuring strong representation of photonics in the next Multiannual Financial Framework and the successor to Horizon Europe (FP10).
We have now launched the Photonics21 follow-up workshop series.
The objective of these workshops is to further explore and define a strategic direction that will contribute to the dedicated Work Group chapters in the new SRIA. Our shared goal is to present the new SRIA to the European Commission at the Photonics Partnership Annual Meeting 2026 in Brussels.
