The online election of the Photonics21 Board of Stakeholders (BoS) will take place between 24 October and 7 November 2023. A total of 14 seats on the Board of Stakeholders are up for election.
According to the Terms of References, certain deadlines must be met for the preparation of the online election date:
- for Registration as a Voter: 23 September 2023
- for Nomination as a BoS member/representative: 23 September 2023
- for the Online Voting Period: 24 October – 7 November 2023 (noon)
The Photonics21 Terms of References further describe the voting process for the election of the new members of the Board of Stakeholders (affiliations) and their representatives of the Board of Stakeholders (persons which represent their affiliations).
According to the Terms of References § 5 (6) c) each Photonics21 member has one vote: it being understood, however, that only one vote per each affiliation can be cast, regardless of how many Photonics21 members the affiliation employs.
